The not-so-fun-but-important details — we promise to keep it simple! 🌙By using Moon Bunny Laundry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help us give your family the cozy, reliable service you deserve.
📅 Scheduling & Cancellations
Pickup & Drop-off Days: Standard service days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.Same-Day Cancellation Fee: A $10 fee applies to cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled pickup.Cancellations By Us: If we must cancel for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
💳 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of drop-off. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.
🧺 Laundry Handling & Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Damage to garments
- Lost or missing garments
- Stains that do not come out during washing
- Items left in pockets (pens, gum, receipts, etc.)Washing & Drying Standards:
- All clothes are washed on cold using free & clear detergent
- All clothes are dried on medium heat using a free & clear dryer sheet
- Clothes are not separated by color unless agreed upon in advance
- Any changes to these standards must be discussed in advanceHanger Service:
- If you'd like clothes hung, please provide a separate bag of hangers at pickup
- Hung clothes are returned in a plastic garment bag unless otherwise agreed
🚪 Pickup & Drop-off Instructions
Pickup Prep: Please place clothes on your porch in a tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag (no rips or tears).Return Packaging: Clothes are returned in a clear plastic bag unless otherwise discussed.
🔢 Inventory
Your Part: Please count your items before sending them to ensure you receive the correct number back.Our Part: We conduct an inventory check upon inspection before washing — but we rely on your initial count to verify accuracy.
🚫 Prohibited Items
For health and safety, we cannot accept items contaminated with:
• Blood
• Oil
• Bugs (of any kind)
• Chemicals
• Hazardous fluids
• Urine
• Fecal matterExceptions: On a case-by-case basis, we may accept items with accidental contamination (urine or fecal stains) for an additional sanitization fee. This must be agreed upon in advance.
⛔ Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe pickup conditions, improperly bagged items, or repeated violations of these terms.
💵 Additional Fees
• Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $10
• Sanitization Fee: Case-by-case for accidental contamination
• Pet Hair Fee: May apply for items with excessive pet hair
